The Village at Calabash

The Village at Calabash was started in the mid-80s and was annexed by the Town in 2003. The Village at Calabash is a residential community located on Thomasboro Road. The Village at Calabash consists of 520 single family homes including an amenity center, clubhouse, and common areas situated on 178 acres.

Solid Waste Convenience Site (Garbage, Recycle and Yard Waste)

Animal Control (via contract with the County)

Roadway and Ditch Maintenance

Sanitary Sewer

Curbside Garbage Pick-up (via contract with GFL)

Law Enforcement (Brunswick County Sheriff's Office)

Fire Protection (Calabash Fire Department)

 

The following services are provided privately:

Greenspace, trails, pools/amenity centers, lakes/ponds

Curbside Recycle Pick-up (individual property owners may contract with GFL for a recycle container)
