The Farm at Brunswick

The Farm at Brunswick started in October 2004 and grew by 150 acres in March 2006. The Farm at Brunswick is a residential community consisting of single family homes and townhouses. The Farm at Brunswick is located on Highway 17 with a second entrance on Thomasboro Road. The Farm at Brunswick is planned for 527 single family homes and 283 town homes situated on 262 acres. The amenity center, clubhouse, nature trail, and common areas consist of 84 acres of those acres.

Curbside Recycle Pick-up (individual property owners may contract with GFL for a recycle container)
