The Town of Carolina Shores Board of Commissioners publishes their meeting minutes for the public in order for members of the public to be informed on Town business and educated on current issues that the Town is working on. These approved meeting minutes are avaliable online and from the Town Clerk. In an effort to be good environmental stewards the public is encouraged to use the Town's website to review minutes electronically.

Meeting minutes are not only required by North Carolina General Statutes, they are an important historical record for continuity purposes serving as the official record of decisions, actions, and deliberations of the Town's governing body, the Board of Commissioners.
