Front Office - Customer Service Division
The Town of Carolina Shores Front Office - Customer Service Division is responsible for assisting customers in permitting, service requests, and general inquiries as well as cross-functional duties in the Office of the Town Clerk and Finance Department.

Hours of Operation
Monday through Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm (closed daily for lunch from 12:30pm-1:30pm, effective 10-12-2020)
Permitting
The Inspections Division is primarily responsible for receiving and issuing permits, but is assisted by the Front Office - Customer Service Division.
